Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Prestige Outdoors. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

​

  • Prestige Outdoors provides custom-made outdoor solutions including pergolas, louvres, canopies, blinds, decks, carports, and related products (“services”).

  • All products are manufactured and installed to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Prestige Outdoors reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Quotes & Orders

​

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms.

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes may result in additional costs and revised timeframes.

3. Pricing & Payment

​

  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit (amount specified in your quote) is required before work commences.

  • Final balance must be paid upon completion of installation or delivery.

  • Prestige Outdoors reserves the right to withhold delivery or installation until full payment has been received.

4. Installation & Site Requirements

​

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is safe, accessible, and suitable for the agreed work.

  • Any additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions, access restrictions, or structural issues will be charged to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary consents, permits, or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Product Care & Warranty

​

  • Our products are designed to be durable and weather-resistant. Specific care instructions will be provided where applicable.

  • Prestige Outdoors offers a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (warranty period specified in your product documentation).

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

    • Damage caused by external factors (storms, earthquakes, accidents, etc.)

  • Any modifications or repairs not carried out by Prestige Outdoors may void the warranty.

6. Liability

​

  • Prestige Outdoors will take all reasonable care during installation but is not liable for any damage to existing structures, underground services, or surfaces not disclosed by the customer.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Outdoors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) of defective products or services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced or materials have been ordered.

  • If work has already started, customers may be liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

​

  • All content, images, designs, and materials on www.prestigeoutdoors.co.nz remain the property of Prestige Outdoors.

  • Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

​

9. Privacy

​

  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing quotes, products, and services.

  • We respect your privacy and comply with the Privacy Act 2020.

10. Governing Law

​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
